Santa Fe Relocation is joining The Cozm and Forvis Mazars to host the AI Mobility Use Case Exchange in Paris on Thursday 12 November 2026.
The interactive morning workshop will bring together HR and Global Mobility professionals to explore practical uses of AI in business travel and mobility programmes. Through examples, discussion and group work, participants will consider how technology can support their teams and where specialist judgement is needed.
From practical examples to an action plan
The workshop will explore how AI can help identify cross-border travel obligations and support compliance processes. A business traveller case study will examine the questions that follow an automated assessment, including tax, social security and responsibility for the final decision.
Participants will also have the opportunity to share challenges with peers and build a 30-day action plan for applying what they’ve learnt within their own teams.
